Day 1:
Depart New England for Myrtle Beach. On arrival in Charleston, you will be taken for a horse drawn carriage ride through historic Charleston. After the carriage ride you have the opportunity to shop for unique gifts made by local artisans. Tonight features the Festival of Lights at James Park where each corner brings a different lighting display. Your hotel for the next five nights is the Landmark Hotel. This hotel is located right on the ocean and has a heated indoor lazy river pool. Dinner Day 2:
Today is a day to tempt Lady Luck or relax in the sun on the Sun Cruz Casino Boat. The Casino Bus will depart the hotel at 8:45am and return to the hotel at 5:00pm. If you choose not to go on the Casino Boat you are free to walk the beach, enjoy the indoor lazy river at the hotel, or swim in one of the numerous pools. Tonight you'll dine at the Original Benjamin’s - a 180-item buffet featuring seafood, steaks, and southern cooking - followed by the Grand Cirque show. Breakfast and Dinner Day 3:
Today begins with a visit to the Alabama Theater where coffee and entertainment by local talent will be provided. More then $5000 in prizes will be given away by local merchants which includes show tickets, shopping sprees, hats, t-shirts, restaurant vouchers etc. Then it is on to Broadway at the Beach where you have the opportunity to see the Imax Theater and a 3D movie, experience the Ripley’s Aquarium, and shop or visit the many other attractions. This afternoon there is time to relax in the heated indoor pool or soak in the lazy river. Tonight features an all-you-can-eat dinner at the Golden Coral and a show at the Carolina Opry. Breakfast and Dinner Day 4:
This morning you have a chance to do some shopping at the Tanger Outlet Stores. Everyone will receive a coupon book offering substantial savings. Those who do not want to go shopping can enjoy the hotel facilities and the beach. This afternoon, travel to Brook Green Gardens. Breakfast and Dinner Day 5:
Today, sail on the Inter Coastal Waterway aboard the Jungle Princess. This morning cruise gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the entertainment. The boat docks at lunchtime at Broadway at the Beach. Discount coupons for lunch and shopping are provided, allowing for free time to enjoy yourself. Tonight features a show at the Alabama Theater. The morning is free to relax, take a last dip in the pool, or get that last bit of shopping done. depart for the airport in the late afternoon for your return flight to New England. Breakfast |
