Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Graceland & Tunica
Fly from Boston, Manchester, or Providence (other cities available) to Memphis, Tennessee. It has been 30 years since Elvis passed and the King's music lives on. On the way to Graceland, your tour director will tell you about Memphis and the Mississippi River. When you arrive at Graceland, a tour of the estate and the auto museum will be included.

After leaving Graceland, travel 20 miles to Tunica where you will overnight at a casino hotel. Included tonight will be dinner and a special gaming package. If you enjoy shows, almost every hotel on the casino strip features entertainment. (D)

Day 2: Nashville
The day begins with a hearty breakfast before departing for Nashville. On arrival in Nashville, a local guide will meet and take you on a dity tour; including the Parthenon and the area around Vanderbilt University, and the Old Rhynman Auditorium where the Grand Old Opry began. Your home for the next two nights will be close to the downtown area so that you can enjoy the honky tonk bars that Nashville is famous for. Tonight, enjoy a dinner cruise on the General Jackson, the legendary Nashville dinner and showboat. (B/D)

Day 3: Nashville
The tour of Nashville continues with a visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame and a nearby recording studio. When visiting the studio, you will have the option of recording your own song or just seeing how music is produced in a studio. The afternoon will be free for you to sample the honky tonk bars, where you never know what future star might be performing. Tonight will feature dinner and a night of entertainment at the Grand Ole Opry. Every night at the Opry there is a live performance where a country music star will perform at least one song. (B/D)

Day 4: Gatlinburg
Depart Nashville for the Smoky Mountains and the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. There will also be time for a bit of shopping in Gatlinburg or perhaps a visit to the top of the mountain for a view of the fall colors. Tonight will feature dinner and a show at the Magic Mansion. (B/D)

Day 5: Gatlinburg / Piegon Forge
This morning, start off with a morning show before going to Dollywood, the theme park created by Dolly Parton. Tonight will feature the popular Dixie Stampede where you get to cheer for the North or the South in this musical extravaganza where the action never stops. (B/D)

Day 6: Home
Bid farewell to the Smokies and return to Nashville for your flight home. (B)
