Reservation Policy

Reservations should be made well in advance to avoid disappointment. With many returning patrons, tours book early and capacity is limited. A deposit of $150.00 per person is required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

Carson Tours must receive written notification of cancellation. The effective date is the date Carson Tours receives notification of cancellation. The following legend displays cancellation penalties:
  • More than 45 days prior to departure . . . No Refund on deposit
  • 44-30 days prior to departure . . . . . . . . 25% Penalty
  • 29-15 days prior to departure . . . . . . . . 50% Penalty
  • 14 -0 days prior to departure . . . . . . . . 100% Penalty
It is highly recommended you purchase Cancellation and Interruption Insurance at the time of booking.
